Sahara Wellness Center is a safe comfortable place. Each day, you will work with many of the industry’s leading professionals who have your recovery as their number one priority. We create a tailored individual recovery plan for you.
Your recovery plan will be made up of proven, evidence-based therapies. Your entire treatment program will be overseen by your healthcare team. In addition to intensive one-on-one psychotherapy, you will also receive the highest quality complementary therapies available including, but not limited to reiki, massage, yoga, and personal time to relax and reflect.

A DAY AT SAHARA WELLNESS CENTER
Every client receives a personalized treatment plan, therefore there is no "typical day." You will certainly spend a great deal of time with your personal healthcare team members and also in carefully selected groups. You will also participate in therapies as needed – from personalized therapy, holistic therapy to recreational wellness. You will have time to yourself, to watch movies, journal, meditate, or simply enjoy the peaceful, calm environment at Sahara Wellness Center.
PSYCHOTHERAPY
Each resident has a healthcare team and treatment plan tailored to their needs. A residents healthcare team compromises of a Psychiatrist, Addiction Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Nurse and Personal Support Worker so that a resident feels safe, and well taken care of. A resident will have individual therapy sessions, group therapy sessions, educational seminars, and recreational outings. In addition, adjunctive holistic therapies, such as spiritual practice, meditation, and yoga are also offered to enhance the results of psychotherapy. Our treatment combines psychotherapy with holistic care to create real change that holds after the resident leaves treatment.
